1) Why should I order from Work Boot Planet?

2) Will my transaction be secure?
Yes! Our system employs the latest in Internet security technology. With secure socket layering (SSL) you can be sure that your personal information is fully encrypted between your computer and our servers to fully protect you. Always look for the small padlock icon in the bottom right of your browser once you begin to enter personal information. In addition, a little window will popup reminding you that the order is secure. No one can see or interpret your private information.

3) Can I order by mail?
Yes,
you can order by mail when paying by personal check or certified check.
When you get to the payment section of the checkout, simply select " Check" as your payment method, enter your check number and proceed through the checkout. When the completed order screen with the confirmation number appears, print 2 copies. Keep 1 copy for yourself and mail the 2nd copy and your check to our order processor: FG Marketing Group, 24 Chelmsford Drive, Ewing, NJ 08618. Please make your check out to "Work Boot Planet".

4) Will you accept a personal check for an order?
Yes. Be aware that your personal check must clear our bank before we can ship your order. This may take from 7 - 14 days. See Question 3 "Can I order by mail?" for details.

5) Will you accept a certified check for payment?
We will ship your order
immediately after we receive your certified check. See Question 3 "Can I order by mail?" for details.

6) Will I have to pay sales tax?
If you have your order shipped to Tennessee, you will have to pay sales tax. Shipments to any other state do not incur sales tax.

7) What countries will you ship to?
Currently we are servicing the entire United States. We apologize that we cannot ship to other countries at this time.

8) Will you ship my order for next day delivery or second day delivery if I desire?
Absolutely. As you check out, you will have the option of selecting your desired shipping method. Of course, the shipping companies charge higher rates for faster delivery and we will pass that on to you.

9) How long does it take to process my order?
Our normal time to ship is two business days, unless you requests a rush order. If you place your order by 10 am ET and enter a request for a Rush Order when you check out, we will do our best to speed shipment of your order.

11) Where are your work boots manufactured?
Many are manufactured here in the United States and clearly indicate "Made in USA" on the feature list. Some are made in other countries under strict quality standards to ensure you get the best boot at the best price.

12) Do you have suggestions for caring for my boots?
Wet or damp footwear should be allowed to dry slowly at room temperature. Never put them near a fire or other heating device to speed the drying process.
Cordura nylon can be cleaned with detergent and water. You should use a conditioner/cleaner on leather.
Use a quality shoe polish and buff for smooth leather. Waterproof leather should be treated with a silicone product only. Full grain leather should first be treated with a boot oil or silicone, then polish and buff.
Use disinfectant sprays and powders to keep the insides of your footwear dry and clean.
It is a good idea to have a second pair so you can alternate their use. In this way, each pair has sufficient time to dry completely before being worn again.
